Data Deletion Request
This page explains how to request the deletion of your data connected through Facebook or Instagram on ClassToo.
What data we store
When a school administrator connects their Facebook account to ClassToo, we store the following data in order to enable direct posting to Facebook Pages and Instagram:
- Facebook Page name and Page ID
- Facebook Page access token
- Instagram Business account ID and username (if linked)
We do not store your personal Facebook profile data, friends list, messages, or any other personal information.
How to delete your data
You can remove all stored Facebook and Instagram data at any time directly from within ClassToo:
- Log into ClassToo at classtoo.com
- Go to Settings → Social Media
- Under Meta Direct Posting, click Disconnect Meta
This immediately removes all stored page tokens and Instagram account information from our system.
Disconnecting Meta removes all stored tokens instantly. You can reconnect at any time by clicking Connect Facebook & Instagram in the same section.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to your ClassToo account and need to request data deletion, contact us directly:
Include the email address associated with your ClassToo account and we will delete your data within 30 days.
